The equipment requirement
The customer needed several motor types for an automated HbA1c analyzer. Quality, price, delivery and after-sales service were considered together during supplier selection.
The Dongxu approach
Sales, commercial and technical teams worked together from January 2025. The customer selected Dongxu for the complete nine-motor configuration of this particular analyzer model.
The recorded result
An annual order signed in October 2025 specified the purchase of more than 10,000 motors. The project report also records positive feedback from the customer's R&D and purchasing teams.
